Atm - out of necessity, finally learned to use one last fall Bible study - with church and school fellowship have been mid-week blessings Church (evergreen baptist) - learning to get plugged into a church has been a fun experience Driving - must drive to get anywhere and everywhere takes 30 minutes (or more) to get there England - christmas break with adam and hanna! Fruit - i've decided only recently to try eating fruit regularly Grandma - i go find her every few weeks...she buys me a feast and sends me home with leftovers Hospital - we go in once a week, always a great learning and stretching experience Ichat - how i see and talk to my nephew, who i can't wait to see in person again Juice - every morning and night in ecuador my host mom made fresh squeezed juices...mostly good Kirkland and Ellis - thank you for making minjue work hard so that i have a weekend study buddy Latte - teresa and molly taught me to drink the vanilla latte, my new coffee splurge Metropolitan - my 2nd home (located at colorado & oak knoll) and probably favorite place to study Nigel (Garmin) - he makes me feel safe on the roads OSCE - scary exams we have to prepare for that test our clinical skills Papaya - learned that i hate it Quito, Ecuador - hanging out with molly and kristin! and vaguely learning spanish and visiting hospitals Red-Eye Flights - most efficient way of flying back to the east coast, especially for short trips Sprint - my cell phone plan, which has come much in handy this year Tennis - free courts and always tennis weather; will hopefully learn how to return mean serves USC - my school, and NO i don't care about football Vacuum - one of my favorite things to do to avoid working is clean my apartment Weddings - seems like everyone decided to get married this year, made for a fun spring of travel X-Ray - didn't have time last year to get a PPD for TB so submitted an x-ray instead...unfortunately now the health office says if i ever sero-convert (which is very likely in med school) they will not pay for meds even though i obviously have no history of TB since this year's PPD was negative  Yale - got to visit three times this past year...definitely miss that place Zero - times that i've watched webcasts of the numerous classes i have skipped or fallen asleep in
